Maranatha Music Prep uses a tuition based system. For semester dates, please see the calendar.

FALL and WINTER SEMESTERS - 12 weeks/semester = 4 payments of the amounts listed below

  • FALL: Payments due in September, October, November, and December

  • WINTER: Payments due in January, February, March, and April

SPRING SEMESTER - 6 weeks/semester = 2 payments of the amounts listed below

  • SPRING: Payments due in May and June

MA or Doctorate in Music and 30+ Years of Experience

  • 30 minute weekly lessons: $94.05/payment

Classes

Registration is required for all classes

  • Theory Classes and Ensembles are free for those enrolled in private lessons.

  • Early Childhood Music Classes are free for siblings/children of students enrolled in private lessons.

  • Students not enrolled in private lessons may enroll in classes for a fee of $23.40/payment.

Financial Policies

MAKING A PAYMENT

  • Online: Payments may be made online by logging into our billing program. Students who do not know their account log in info should contact Abigail Boorujy.

  • Checks: Students may make a payment by writing a check payable to Maranatha Music Prep. Checks can either be deposited in the “Preparatory Payment Lockbox” located in the first floor of Century House or mailed to Maranatha Music Prep | 745 W Main Street | Watertown, WI 53094.

  • Cash: Cash payments cannot be accepted.

  • Checks with Insufficient Funds: Accounts paying via check with insufficient funds will be assessed a $30 fee to cover the bank charges and business office fees.

PAYMENT AMOUNTS/DUE DATES

  • Statements will be emailed on a monthly basis.

  • New students will not be officially scheduled for private lessons until a non-refundable fee of $40 is received. The $40 fee will be credited to the first tuition payment.

  • The first tuition payment of each semester is due the week of the first lesson/class. All other payments are due by the 15th of the month. Payments not received by the the last date of the month will be assessed a $10 late fee.

  • If students owe a balance on their account at the end of a semester, lessons for the following semester cannot be scheduled until the balance is paid in full. Scheduling preference will be given to those who are current with their accounts.

OTHER

  • By registering for lessons, students are committing to pay for the entire semester of lessons/classes.

  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts with financial credits. However, the credit will remain on the account for future use if desired.

  • Tuition does not include fees for participating in evaluation programs and the cost of materials such as lesson books, metronomes, flashcards, etc.
